Ethiopian

Our Ethiopian is subtle and quite distinctive. It exhibits all the properties of a great Ethiopian: winy and floral flavors with a nice acidity and medium body. This Ethiopian takes well to light roasts. Perfect for blending with heavy, smoky coffees and produces a great mocha-java blend. It's great for quiet leisurely afternoon.

This is a famous Indonesian coffee from the island of Java coming out of the Blawan and Jampit regions. A high grade and washed varietal, it is considered one of the most robust and heavy coffees in the world. Heavy-bodied, roasted dark, earthy in taste it is not for the timid!

Guatemala Fair Trade Organic

While not as overwhelmingly peppery as some Guatemalans, it has a fruity, wine-like aroma, medium body and medium acidity providing a phenomenal brew, savory, rich and complex. Definitely has some dried fruit aroma, which gives this coffee amazing complexity. This coffee is best described as having a clean finish with depth in flavor and nuance. Don’t miss this one! Kona (Extra Fancy)

Braund Farms is a 9.3 acre Kona coffee and macadamia nut farm that grows and harvests its own estate coffee. The farm is located on the Big Island of Hawaii between 1,250 and 1,450 feet on the side of Hualalai Volcano, in the Keauhou area of the Kona coffee district. Braund Farms is registered in the Kona Coffee Council Estate Program and only sells 100% Kona. Hand picked at peak ripeness to ensure high quality, the coffee is processed with the utmost care.
