Return Policy

Authorization for return of books must be obtained from the Sales Office within thirty days of the invoice date. Returned books must be clean, unmarked, and free of labels and should be packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping. The return package must contain a copy of the invoice or packing slip that shows the title, number of copies returned, and invoice or sales order number.
