Face-to-face Course Cancellation Policy A full refund will be issued to registered course participants who notify the Registration Office more than 15 calendar days in advance of the course start date.
Online Course and Module Cancellation Policy Registration for self-paced online courses and modules is final. No cancellation or
refund is available since access is granted to online courses
immediately after a purchase is processed. |

| Publications Return Policy
|

To return an item, a Return Authorization
Number must be obtained from the Marketing and Sales Office within 30
days of the invoice date. Returned books must be clean, unmarked, and
free of labels and should be packaged carefully to prevent damage during
shipping. The return package must contain a copy of the invoice or
packing slip indicating the number of copies returned and the Return
Authorization Number.
