Link to web page for online Legislative Summaries, including access to the 1998-2008 editions of North Carolina Legislation, the comprehensive summary of the General Assembly’s enactments made during each legislative session. Summaries are written by School of Government faculty members who are experts in the fields affected by ratified statutes.
North Carolina Legislation 2008 was the last edition of legislative summaries published in book form.
