Annual publication that sets out the principal duties of city and county officials in preparing and adopting the budget and in financial reporting. It shows duties required by the General Statutes or by state agency regulation and the dates by which they are to be performed. Generally it does not include duties created by local act, those performed on a continuing basis, or those not required by a specified date.
