This bulletin provides practical guidance for designing public forums, including cable TV broadcasts, for educating the general public (or particular audiences) on judicial branch operations. It analyzes three projects – a cable TV show; a three-session program interactive overview of the North Carolina judicial branch, and a one-session community forum addressing a “hot topic”: accused on bail being re-arrested.
