An introduction to the law of contempt within the context of child support enforcement proceedings, this session focuses on the critical differences between civil and criminal contempt. Topics include burdens of proof and persuasion, the purpose of civil and criminal contempt, and appeals.

IDS employees are public, appellate, and capital defenders, special counsel, and IDS staff who are state employees in one of those offices.  If you are not an IDS employee, you may not purchase this CLE session at the discounted rate.
