| Bid protests are becoming increasingly common as the economy sours. This webinar will give participants the tools they need to prevent (most) bid protests, to manage a bid protest, and to benefit from a bid protest. Because lawyers play a key role in bid protests, this session will also show participants how to work with legal counsel to resolve bid protests effectively. |
