"The Attorney-Client Relationship: Building Effective Relationships
with Parents" was presented by Vivek Sankaran, Clinical Assistant
Professor of Law at the University of Michigan Law School, at the 2009
New Parent Defender Training. This session focuses on the importance of
the attorney-client relationship in abuse, neglect, and dependency
proceedings and on communication as an essential element of that
relationship.
IDS employees are public, appellate, and capital defenders, special
counsel, and IDS staff who are state employees in one of those
offices. If you are not an IDS employee, you may not purchase this CLE
