"Developing an Investigation and Discovery Plan" was presented by
Maitri "Mike" Klinkosum at
the 2009 New Felony Defender Training. In this session, Mike discusses
informal opportunities for discovery in district court, obtaining
statutory discovery and applicable timelines, sanctions for
noncompliance with discovery rules, Brady material, and third party discovery
(discovery from sources other than prosecutors or law enforcement
officers).
