"Developing an Investigation and Discovery Plan" was presented by
Maitri "Mike" Klinkosum, Assistant Public Defender in Wake County, at
the 2009 New Felony Defender Training. In this session, Mike discusses
informal opportunities for discovery in district court, obtaining
statutory discovery and applicable timelines, sanctions for
noncompliance with discovery rules, Brady material, and third party discovery (discovery from sources other than prosecutors or law enforcement officers).
IDS employees are public, appellate, and capital defenders, special
counsel, and IDS staff who are state employees in one of those
offices. If you are not an IDS employee, you may not purchase this CLE
