It includes all changes enacted by the General Assembly through the end of the 2007 session. The Juvenile Code includes laws and procedures that apply to young people who are delinquent or who engage in undisciplined conduct. It also contains laws relating to child abuse, neglect, and dependency; termination of parental rights; and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act that applies to cases in those areas. A 2009 Supplement is available, which includes changes through the 2009 legislative session. The CD-ROM accompanying the supplement contains the 2007-2008 book updated with new material from the 2009 supplement.
