The Chilli Electronic Controller has the following features:

• Solid-state, pulse-modulating action maintains a constant, desired temperature
  
• Unlike bi-metallic thermostat controllers, the Chilli controller maintains the temperature without fluctuations by trickling power to the vest - not shutting off, cooling down, and re-heating.
  
• Customizes your comfort by sustaining the desired temperature, it does not respond to ambient temperatures.
  
• Is completely waterproof.
