SYMPTOMS
The SECURITY tab in the USER ACCESS SCREEN lets you view the current
agent’s access rights to WinCruise functions. If you want to change security privileges for a single user follow the below solution.
SOLUTION
1. Click the Security tab (within the user access screen.)
2. Right-click a function to display the SECURITY ACCESS pop-up menu.
Choose the action you want:
• COPY SECURITY ACCESS: Copies all functions’ access privileges to paste
into another user’s record.
• PASTE SECURITY ACCESS: Adds access privileges for all functions that
were copied from another user’s FUNCTION MEMBERSHIPS list.
• REMOVE ACCESS: Removes access to the selected function and deletes
it from the list.
• CANCEL: Closes the pop-up menu.
