Hangs or crashes when running WinCruise

This article will guide you through hangs or crashes when running WinCruise.

The following are a few problems you might encounter when running WinCruise. If the actions listed here do not solve your problem, contact WinCruise Support.
Problem:
If Windows hangs or crashes when attempting to run WinCruise, your printer may be incompatible with WinCruise
Action:

From the Windows Taskbar, choose START -> SETTINGS -> PRINTERS.

Delete any printers listed that you know you do not have or use.

Give the default printer a shorter name - less than eight characters. Example: If the printer is named HP Deskjet Series 600 Color Printer, rename it to HP600.

Start WinCruise, go to SCREENS and BOOKINGS. Select FILE -> PRINT and hit RESET DEFAULTS button.

If the problem occurs again, restart or press the Reset button on your computer. Delete another printer, and test WinCruise again.
