Printers in WCOL

Trouble shooting for WCOL Printer problems


Log off of WinCruise Online and Check your default printer in your control panel, make sure you have the correct printer chosen as your default printer. The default printer is the one that has the check mark to the left of the printer. WinCruise Online will print to what ever printer you have set as the default.

Right click on your default printer and print a test page. If the test page prints, close everything out and go back to your desk top.

Open your control panel and find "Screwdrivers Client v3" double click on it and at the bottom left you will find a button that says "Query Printers" click on that and the results of the query will either be successful or not successful. If the query is successful; log into WinCruise online go to the booking screen and click on File>Print. Reset your printer defaults by clicking the "Reset Default" button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Then try to print.

If the query is not successful, close WinCruise Online completely. Then, you may remove “Screwdrivers Client v3” through Add and Remove Programs. Find “Screwdrivers Client v3” in Add and Remove programs and chose remove. Once the control is removed you can open your internet browser and copy and paste the below link in it.

Save to your desktop, once you have the file on your desk top double click on it to install.

Then Launch WinCruise, log in, go to the booking screen and click on file print. Click the reset printer default button to reset the printer defaults before printing.
