Epson has stopped supplying print heads and other short-life parts for Epson large format printers. Look here for what you need to keep your printer in action longer. We do not warranty these parts. Nor can we instruct you in how to fix your printer. We only import parts as a courtesy to our customers. We also use them to keep our studio printers in great shape! Print heads in many large format printers remain in peak condition for only a year of heavy use. Likewise, dampers should be changed out yearly or when repeated cleaning can not improve intermittent gaps and lines in prints.
