Piezography uses seven shades of ink in comparison to Epson's 3 shaded ABW system. There simply is no way to compare to Piezography without dividing a monochrome image into seven shades of ink. Piezography ink is so finely ground that it responds to warmer or cooler papers by taking on the paper cast. You can check our "Knowledge Base" for a complete list of the papers we have profiled. You can not make your own "profiles" for seven shades of black inks. However, we do make custom profiles for customers with our proprietary Piezography profiler. We charge $99 for additional custom profiles.
