The Piezography SplitTone™ seven dilution ink set produces a perfect monochromatic modulation of tone which transitions from Sepia shadows into Neutral highlights. (other combos available soon) The transition point is transparent and the effect is completely natural and reminiscent of fine palladium printing. The new SplitTone produces amazing depth. We find ourselves shooting just for it. Tones which are mid to dark seem to sink into the paper while the quarter tones and highlights come forward. Landscape is amazing with it. People shots are great. Just about everything benefits from it. Split toning is one of the reasons why photographers love palladium printing.
