Printer profiling is the process of creating a file that records the way a particular combination of inks and paper behave on a particular model of printer. This file is known as an ICC printer profile. We sell a number of products which can accomplish this. For consumers, a scanner based product is extremely economical and is fun to use. Professionals which require a higher standard of color accuracy will always use a high quality color spectrophotometer to measure the results of printer profiling as well as more sophisticated software. Users of inkjet RIPs require a printer profiling system that can produce CMYK printer profiles.
