For Amadou Diallo photography is only one of the creative arts that have played a defining role in his life. A background in musical training led him to New York City after high school where he worked and recorded, first as a jazz saxophonist, then as a composer of classical music. Both of these musical endeavors continue to resonate strongly through his photography and are greatly responsible for the vision he brings to his work. His photographs have been exhibited in galleries across the country and have been published in books and magazines. He is the owner of Diallo Photography, a digital printmaking studio specializing in editions for visual artists and a founding member of the Digital Printmakers Guild. In addition to running a studio Amadou also serves as a digital imaging and workflow consultant to professional photographers. He resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and son. Amadou is a guest instructor for The Digital Fine Art Portfolio Workshop
