If you agree to purchase a backordered or out of stock item, we will not charge your credit card for that item. We will email you and ask if you want us to hold the entire order until the backordered, or out of stock items become available. If you choose to have us ship partial orders, we will charge your credit card for those items we ship. If you use PayPal as a payment option however, the entire order will be charged to your PayPal including the backordered/out of stock items.

We usually do not go out of stock of items. But because our inks are also sold by resellers around the world, it is possible that we may not manufacture enough ink from time to time. Also, some of the papers we sell are often backordered by the manufacturer. So we think it is a good idea that you get your order in on any backordered or out of stock items to guarantee your early delivery, as we fill orders on a backordered, then first-come-first-served basis.
