Changing or Cancelling an order.
Please be sure you want something before you order it!
In some situations an item has to be ordered or drop-shipped from our distributors, and once your item has processed and shipped from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it until it reaches your door.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has reached this stage, your order will be subject to our return policy. Most items are stocked at InkjetMall, and if you can call us before your order is processed and shipped, we can make changes and cancellations for you at no charge. Because orders are often processed within an hour or two, you must call us right away at (802) 439-3127.
You may cancel backordered items without cost to you.
