Checkout Problems for Web Store Shoppers

Our web store operates within the NetSuite application, and like most other Web stores, requires a moderate level of security and privacy settings to operate properly. Some cookies and Java functionality are required, and shoppers with security settings that are too high may have completely disabled these options.

This site is best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer® 6.0, Mozilla 1.0, FireFox 1.7, or Safari 1.0; and higher.

In these browsers, as a rule JavaScript is turned on. If you have trouble placing orders, JavaScript may be turned off because your security settings are too high. We suggest you use a medium setting or customize your settings to enable scripting.

To check your security settings:

In Netscape, go to Edit > Preferences. In the Category column, double-click Privacy & Security.
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options. Click the Security tab.
In Safari, go to Safari > Preferences. Click the Security tab.
