New ConeColor Sales Representative

We are pleased to announce our new ConeColor sales representative, Bob Bedoar who resides in Hiddenbrooke, California. Bob will be covering the West Coast working with individuals, pro-shops, universities and colleges – demonstrating how ConeColor ink can be integrated into workflow to save money as well as the environment. Bob is familiar with both the fine-art/photo applications of ConeColor as well as its commercial applications.

Mr. Bedoar is a successful, creative, graphic arts sales and marketing professional with extensive experience selling graphic arts solutions to the fine-art, publishing and printing marketplace.  A skilled communicator and negotiator with extensive knowledge of printing technologies, color science, production workflow and distribution, he is the founder of the online art gallery, B2B FINE ART.COM. Bob has been with Eastman Kodak as an Art Director, Technical Sales Representative and Marketing Education Specialist. He has also represented the E.I. DuPont Company in a strategic roll to develop and grow their graphic arts and color proofing business in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was recruited by Konica as a Territory Sales Manager, to develop a staff of sales people, to promote and distribute their graphic arts solutions in Northern California and Nevada. His most recent sales responsibility was with the Harold Pitman Company.

In addition to his 30 year selling career, Mr. Bedoar taught fine art at the University of Buffalo. He has received numerous sales awards from all the companies he has worked with. Along with his sales contributions, he has had several “one man shows” in fine art galleries throughout the United Sates and is represented in private collections throughout the world. Mr. Bedoar obtained his Master of Fine Arts Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.

ConeColor K2 and K3 inks

ConeColor K2 and ConeColor K3 pure pigment ink sets are the brainchild of Jon Cone. They have been designed to imitate the color space of Epson K2 and K3 inks when used with the Epson RGB printer driver. The inks are color managed in formulation so that the average user can integrate ConeColor and use their existing RGB ICC profiles. ConeColor provides more than 40 RGB ICC profiles for many of the most popular third-party papers from Hahnemuhle, Innova, Canson, Moab and others. When CMYK RIP users switch to ConeColor, they can continue to make their own CMYK ICC profiles.

ConeColor is not your average "third-party" ink company. The anti-static properties of Piezography K7 pigment technology is used with ConeColor inks eliminating agglomeration and clumping due to pigment attraction. Jon Cone's inks are the only third-party ink besides Epson which incorporate static-charge elimination. As a result, similar non-clogging print-head performance between ConeColor and Epson can be expected. ConeColor unlike other third party inks is right on the heals of Epson in glossiness, bronzing, and longevity. With ConeColor, there is no longer a "down-side" to using an alternative ink. ConeColor is only sold in environmentally sound ReUsable carts which are easily replenished by the user. ConeColor ink costs are at least 65% less than Epson ink costs. ConeColor is available now for Epson 4000, 4800, 4880, 7600, 7800, 7880, 9600, 9800 and 9880 printers. A ReUsable cart and 250ml of ConeColor is less than the cost of a single Epson 220ml cart. Tremendous savings occur when you buy ConeColor in 1000ml (equivalent to 4.5 Epson 220ml carts) bottles: $113.20 for K3 and K3 Vivid, $98.84 for K2.
