Placing Orders: Special offers made on this site are valid only for online orders. All orders must include a valid e-mail address and phone number so that you may be contacted if there is a problem with your order. The average processing time is 1 business day before the order ships, depending on the availability of items ordered. If shipping will be delayed beyond 1 business day, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of the reason for the delay and the expected ship date.

Orders returned because of a customer-supplied incorrect address will not be reshipped until we receive a corrected address and reimbursement for the original shipping charges. Customers have five business days from delivery of order to make claims for shipping damage, missing or incorrect products. Orders shipped to foreign destinations may be subject to additional taxes or import duties upon arrival. Customers are responsible for any such taxes or duties.
