The Handheld List Manager is greyed out in BYKI Deluxe!

to verify that you have installed the PDA extension correctly.


Open up a list in the BYKI program. Click the Help menu, then click Check for Update and download an update from www.byki.com.



Make sure you are connected to the internet when running the Check for Update feature. Click on the link to run the BYKIDownloaderPC file. Follow the steps to install the update. You will want to install the newer handheld application during this installation process as well.



Once the installation process is complete, run the BYKI program, and go ahead and use the Handheld List Manager to sync lists. You will notice that the option is now visible.
