I need to re-download the software I purchased...
If you have recently purchased a Transparent Language program from our website as a download, you
have the option to re-download a copy of the program within 30 days.
There is no extra charge
for a re-download within this 30-day period. Visit the
Digital River Customer Service Page at
www.findmyorder.com and enter in your order information. You will be granted access to a new and free download within 30 days.
NOTE: If you purchased the Byki program, you will have access to both the
Deluxe package and BykiPOD.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We highly recommend to
backup your purchase to CD or to
backup your purchases to an external hard drive to avoid additional download charges after 30-
days. You also have the option to order a backup CD so that you will always have a backup copy of
the product.
After trying to re-download the software it says I have too many download
attempts...
This will happen if you attempt to download the software more than five times. Sometimes this occurs
if your internet connection times out and the download does not complete. We understand this

The file with the word "Deluxe" is your full BYKI Deluxe program. This will give you the full
features of Byki.
The file with the word "BykiPod" is your
iPod mp3 installer. Click

What is this InstallShield Wizard that comes up?
The
InstallShield Wizard is designed to install the necessary components of the product
to your computer. Follow the instructions to install the program to your machine. For Macintosh users, the "Install BYKI" screen will appear. When you are finished, click Quit to exit the program.

It seems that I have to reinstall the program every time I use the product.
Is this the case?
There is no need to run the installation again once you have completed the installation
process. Once you install the product and you have received a complete installation, you can open
your program to begin learning.
