Runtime Error occurs when I open the program.
If you get this error message when accessing the program:
Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\Transparent\LanguageNow! V10\LangNow.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more infomation.
It is best to uninstall the program and reinstall the program from scratch. If this doesn't help:
The error message may indicate that part of the Quicktime Component, that controls video for LanguageNow! /Languages of the World did not install correctly. You can download the latest version of QuickTime from www.apple.com
If you have this product on CD you can install QuickTime manually. Perform the following steps:
Insert CD ROM
Go to Start > My Computer
Right-click your CD ROM Drive
Left-click Explore in the menu that appears
Double-click the Folder Quicktime (or QuickTime installer)
Doubleclick the File Quicktimeinstaller.exe (the name may be different, look for the closest name)
For QuickTime Settings, click NEXT
Click MIME SETTINGS
Put a Check in all of the Boxes and Click Next to Continue the Installation.
For File Type Associations Put a Check in the Box for WINDOWS and Remove the Check for Macintosh
Click Finish
Restart the program and the error should disappear.
