I am having problems ordering your software!

If you are having difficulty ordering the software online and you are getting an error message on the webpage such as "Page Can Not Be Displayed", or you don't get a response from the web page, please confirm that you have followed these steps:

1. At the top of the page click on BUY/UPGRADE
2. Click on the language you want to purchase from the list.
3. Click on the purchase option (either download mac, download windows, win/mac cd if available)
(You should now be at your shopping cart with the product in it)
If you selected download option, skip #4 and go directly to #5.
4. Select your shipping method and location from the drop down boxes
5. Click on Check out after you have selected your shipping method and location
6. Enter in your billing address information
7. Select your payment method.
8. Enter in your email address and password twice
9. Click on Continue
10. If you selected a cd rom option enter in the shipping address if different and click Continue
11. Verify order is correct and click continue

Please be sure if paying by credit card that your billing address you enter on the order matches what is associated with the credit card. Also, do not put in any spaces or dashes with the numbers.


If you continue to experience problems, please contact customer service by calling 1-800-567-9619 option 6, or e-mail info@transparent.com.

You may also want to try again to purchase at a later time. If you did not receive an order number, then the purchase did not go through and your card will not be charged.
