I can't redownload the Deluxe software because it's expired.
All download orders come with a 30 day download period. Digital River, our download hosting site, requires a $10 charge to re-download the program after 30 days if you had not saved a backup copy of the file(s) that you downloaded to a CD, ZIP drive, Floppy disks, etc., in case you have computer or hard disk problems.
Please go to www.byki.com or www.transparent.comand replace a new order at the $39.95 price and after you complete the order, email info@transparent.com or contact 1-800-567-9619 option 6 with your order number and we can reverse the charges back to $10.
We do not take responsibility for programs have been removed from your computer or lost due to computer failure. We highly recommend you make a back up copy of the program onto a CD-ROM or a backup drive to avoid re-download costs in the future.
