I get an error -5001 when removing the software.
Below are the steps you need to take to remove the Add/Remove programs entry, when you get a -5001 setup.dll error trying to remove it.

Click Start
Click Run
Type Regedit
Click OK
Double-click HKey_Local_Machine
Double-click Software
Double-click Microsoft
Double-click Windows
Double-click CurrentVersion
Double-click Uninstall
Note that there are several folders that begin with a '{'
You'll have to manually click each folder until you find one that has the value of DisplayName of the name of your software (eg Learn Language Now!, Before You Know It, etc)
Then you can right-click that folder beginning with '{' and left-click Delete.
Lastly, Press CTRL+F and do a search of a keyword related to the program.
--Close the regedit window. Check your Add/Remove programs for the BYKI entry. It should be gone.
