The Laurel Burch Web Store Policies
Where We Ship:

All packages shipped within the United States are shipped via Standard, Express or Overnight Delivery.

Please note, Neither Fed Ex nor UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
Shipping to Canada:

Shipments to Canada will be shipped via Fed Ex International Ground. Shipping rates will not include any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. If a shipment is return due to a refusal to pay the above fees when the package is presented, the customer will be responsible for restocking charges incurred including all customs and shipping fees to return the shipment, which will be deducted from any refund to the customer. Please call Customer Service at 800-556-5251 with any additional questions.

Other International Shipping:

Shipments to countries outside the US (not including Canada) will be shipped via either Fed Ex International Economy or Fed Ex International Priority. Shipping rates will not include any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. If a shipment is return due to a refusal to pay the above fees when the package is presented, the customer will be responsible for restocking charges incurred, including all customs and shipping fees to return the shipment, which will be deducted from any refund to the customer. When do we ship:

When you place an order with The Laurel Burch Web Store, your items will ship within 24 hours for orders placed Sunday through Friday 3 pm Pacific Standard Time. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Tracking Your Package:

Your tracking number will be sent via email to the email address used to log into your Laurel Burch Web Store account after your order has been fulfilled.

Where Is My Order?

Are you wondering where your order is? Find out where you order is now in your “My Account.” Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the relevant order summary in your “My Account.”

Back Orders:

Occasionally an item becomes back ordered. If this happens, a customer service representative will contact you with an expected ship date, the option to cancel or select another item. We will incur the shipping expense if you choose to have the back ordered item shipped once it is back in stock.
