Training may be re-scheduled with 14 days written notice, but must be attended within 3 months of purchase. Training attendees acknowledge and accept CTO’s training cancellation policies as follows: Cancellation within 14 days of course start date or failure to attend without cancellation 14 days prior to start of the course will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Attendance at a future class will require pre-payment of the remaining 50% balance prior to seat confirmation. Cancellation with 7 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee. CTO reserves the right to cancel any class or change the location of any class for any reason prior to commencement of the class. Should CTO cancel a class, training fees paid by a customer will be applied to a future training event. CTO will not be liable for any resulting costs incurred, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans.
Not withstanding the above conditions, refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
