Shipping & Return Policy

The CTS Proshop hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Mountain Time. Orders placed on our web store are generally shipped within one business day. Orders placed on the weekends will be filled and shipped on Mondays. Our Athlete Services and Proshop staff are available during our business hours to answer your questions and provide assistance (866) 355-0645. Thank you!

 

DELAYS & HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Holiday shipments are usually subject to special holiday hours and may be delayed due to higher shipping volumes during those times. In order to meet our shipping vendors’ deadlines during these high volume instances, we may post our own deadlines on the web store in order to ensure your package is delivered timely. Please pay close attention to any posted deadlines.

CTS is not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping vendors, Mother Nature, or an incorrect address.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING CANADA)

CTS is happy to ship to just about anywhere in the world, but unfortunately, the international shipping costs can be pricey. We use UPS to ship domestic and international.  In some countries, there are other options for shipping that can be more cost effective so if you would like to find out other options, please email:  proshop@trainright.com

 

CTS also has relationships with several distributors to help ease the distribution throughout the world. 

 

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. In addition, the carrier may charge a brokerage fee. CTS does not have the ability to estimate these charges and these charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

RETURNS

Please email our Proshop if you would like to return or exchange an item: proshop@trainright.com. Please include your name, contact number, and the item you would like to return or exchange. Proshop will issue you an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization that you will include with your package. Please do not send any items back to us without first obtaining this RMA.

 

Non-working Products: CTS strives to provide our athletes with the best quality products, however, we do realize that sometimes a product may not work properly upon arrival. Please contact the Proshop at proshop@trainright.com if you have received a product that is defective or not working properly for instructions on how to exchange the product.  In the event the product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.

 

Clothing:  Unused clothing with tags may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase, less original shipping.  You are responsible for the cost to return the product and if you are exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping the new item.

 

DVDs: Unopened DVDs (ie, shrink wrap is still intact) may be returned for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping.  You are responsible for the cost to return the product and if you are exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping the new item.

 

Opened DVDs: Opened/Used DVDs in proper working order may not be returned.  Opened DVDs that are non-working upon their original arrival will be replaced.  Please contact the Proshop at proshop@trainright.com.

 

Equipment: Includes, but not limited to, power meters, bike bags, training devices, fluid trainers. Equipment that is unused and still “new in the box” is returnable, less a 15% restocking fee and original shipping charges. You are responsible for the cost to return the product to CTS. Equipment that has been used is not returnable.
