We ice pack and insulate all vaccine orders, but don't be surprised if you find the ice packs thawed or even warm when you receive them. Ice packs and insulation will do the job of providing you with viable vaccinations under normal shipping of 3 to 4 days. Unless subjected to extreme heat, the vaccines will be good. Ground service UPS delivery is not guaranteed, as such we cannot be responsible for vaccines when delivery is not made within 4 shipping days. Be sure to refrigerate vaccines as soon as you receive them.
